Head of Data Operations  

VoiceOps is a San Francisco based technology startup that uses AI to improve call center agent performance through its Coaching Enablement Platform. We have built an outsourcing platform called QA World that provides an outsourcing system for transcribing phone calls with specific quality assurance criteria. There are currently 300+ part-time contractors on the system today and the plan is to grow to 1,000 contractors in the next 12 to 24 months. There are two team leaders in the Philippines managing QA World today who will be direct reports to this position.

Data quality is extremely important. Contractors must be recruited and trained to enable pristine transcripts to be provided to VoiceOps customers. QA World is vital to the differentiated value proposition of VoiceOps.

The successful candidate must be able to contribute strategically to the growth of the company, while at the same time be a hands-on, data and analytics-driven executive who is proficient with complex analysis and reporting.

• College graduate (United States degree preferred or United States working experience)
• Minimum 10 years of operations experience with demonstrated success in scaling outsourcing operations in the Philippines
• Prior experience reporting directly with founding team or C-level executives is highly desirable
