Client Success Associate - Indonesia  

Your role is to deliver success and satisfaction to existing customers by serving as a friend, partner and consultant. Using your skills you will ensure the client’s understanding and utilization of Kalibrr and its products are maximized.

What will you do:

• Customer relationship management
• Attend to client requests
• Provide support as needed
• Help identify quantifiable business objectives for target industries
• Monitor client metrics
• Facilitate training and education for clients

As a Kalibrr Customer Success Associate you should enjoy interfacing with clients and have the passion for conversation and communication. Excellent presentation skills and problem-solving prowess is also a plus. A Customer Success Associate is also tech-savvy and must be comfortable with acquiring even more technical knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attend to requests and needs of assigned clients
• Maintain a good relationship with assigned clients
• Conduct research on clients' recruitment and sourcing needs
• Identify quantifiable business objectives and monitor client metrics
• Constantly update clients and management on progress with regard to business objectives and metrics
• Monitor lead generation and conversion rate
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions at a client's office whenever required
• Meet retention and upselling targets

• Organized and has a keen eye for details
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes
• 1 year of Experience or Interest in recruitment/HR is preferred
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
