Who We Are
Headquartered in Makati, Philippines, the Kalibrr Creatives team is responsible for the organization-wide production and distribution of compelling and resonant content driving the Kalibrr brand and its products.

As part of the Global Marketing team, it also functions as Kalibrr’s official in-house agency servicing any and all creative requests from Kalibrr employees across all its markets, with a primary focus on the Philippines and Indonesia (English content).

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all things copy in service of 4 main objectives: raising brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, inspiring brand loyalty, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

What The Job Is Like
There are three main buckets that your responsibilities will fall under: day-to-day, ad hoc, and strategic.

The day-to-day comprises of two key features: the production of original content, and the direct publication of this content on Kalibrr’s social media accounts. These accounts are the Kalibrr Blogs, Facebook Business Pages, and LinkedIn account.

For ad hoc, this bucket is primarily about servicing all of the copy requests that Kalibrr’s teams need as they arise. These can span anything under the sun—from one-off social-media captions, to full-fledged communication campaigns.

Lastly, the strategic part of the role is the crucial distinction you must qualify for: beyond producing great writing, you should have a vision for the impact your work can achieve for the company.

This means being able to communicate and work well with other stakeholders; ground your content in the service of concrete objectives; create and execute your own strategy in meeting these objectives; and lastly, lead and manage a junior writer in order for you to achieve all three as a unified team.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary

• Write content for 2 official sets of audiences: jobseekers (B2C) and recruiters (B2B). Possible output can be any of the following:
  • Blog Posts
  • Copy
  • Email Campaigns
  • Social Media Captions
  • Video Scripts
  • Ads
  • White Papers
  • Message Templates
• Publish this content on specific Kalibrr accounts (blog & social media)
• Measure and report the performance of this content in post-documentation reports
• Provide copywriting support
• Work with the Marketing Operations Supervisor in forming and implementing a content marketing strategy
• Lead and manage the content writing team in service of all tasks and responsibilities

Secondary

• Write media articles regularly, along with the occasional press release, and pitch it to the (usually digital) press for publication
• Represent Kalibrr as needed in events for post-documentation write-ups

• Expert command of the English and Filipino language in both oral and written communication
• Original, persuasive writing style that is fun yet professional
• Ability to cover a variety of topics: from career development to recruitment & HR practices
• Concrete experience in blog writing, copywriting, and content production
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Preferred but not required:
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO & SEM
  • Previous experience in content planning and editorial management
  • Working with a Content Management System (CMS) and email marketing service
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
