User Experience (UX) Researcher  

Kalibrr is looking for a User Experience (UX) Researcher who has a strong background in research, and will help us conduct user-centered design research for the platform. As a UX Researcher, you will be the primary advocate for our customers’ needs during product design cycles. You’ll be working closely with the product managers and designers in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative user research that would inform design decisions and improve the product experience.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborates with Product Managers and Product Designers in identifying and prioritizing research initiatives for product features specific for the Philippines.
• Designs and implements qualitative and quantitative user research locally such as in-depth interviews, design workshops, user testing, usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
• Reports research findings and collaborates with the rest of Product Design team to translate them into design insights and recommendations specific for local users.
• Coordinates with Social Media / Customer Service team in the Philippines to get local-language feedbacks from users/customers for analysis.

• Experience in product development cycle and research.
• Experience developing research plans, conducting research studies, and communicating findings.
• Strong understanding and empathy for our customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Outstanding analytical, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
• Able to work remotely with other team members who are based overseas.
• Willing to do field work and travel on occasion.
