Graphic Designer (Marketing)  

Kalibrr is a job-matching website that seeks to change the way jobseekers find the right jobs and how companies recruit the right talent. Beyond the platform itself, Kalibrr does this through friendly and engaging design — a major component in forming the identity and the personality of Kalibrr's brand.

We are looking for a graphic designer who can take on this task, and take it further to the next level. Being part of the Kalibrr Marketing team allows you to fully utilize and challenge your creativity, while helping Filipinos find the right jobs for them through great design work and helping companies find great talent.

• Create graphics, designs, and other assets that shape a great jobseeker and recruiter brand experience throughout their use of Kalibrr
• Take ownership in conceptualizing and producing Kalibrr marketing assets
• Maintain, and improve upon, the Kalibrr brand in all assets created
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns as necessary, over digital and offline ​

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe suite)
• High proficiency in and understanding of visual communication
• Must be able to work with vector graphics, besides other skills
• Attention to detail and design
• Ability to work on both in-house and client-specific work
• Basic understanding of marketing is highly preferred
• Must be a hustler and a natural problem solver
