Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Junior Client Success Associate (Intern), your responsibilities are:
- Provide support for Kalibrr customers via Zendesk.
- Supporting Client Success Team in day-to-day activities (Reporting and Review).
- Monitor support metrics.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Willing to involve in support & administrative work.
- Final year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have an interest in recruitment/HR is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly personable, analytical and creative.
- Organized and has a keen eye for details.
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
