Deskripsi Pekerjaan
You'll provide analysis & recommendation of our marketing performance, manage leads database to ensure it's healthy, and execute leads nurturing process.
Responsibilities :
1. Provide Analysis and Recommendation of Marketing Performance
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
- Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
- Analyze the impact of email, web, and social campaigns on sales
- Communicate KPIs and insights via executive deliverables and/or presentations to senior management
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations
2. Manage Leads Database
- Regularly check database health and conduct database audit to ensure data accuracy in the system
- Add in new contacts gather from leads generation activity and remove any contact that are no longer active
- In coordination with Enterprise Growth Lead to segment the leads into several relevant categories for better nurturing process
3. Execute Leads Nurturing Process
- Create automated nurturing process to retain, win back and re engage users, leveraging all available data & marketing tools
- Perform A/B tests
- Constantly focus on optimization of campaigns for the best results possible
- Work collaboratively with other (content writer, and content designer) to ensure correct backlink and compelling messages
- Reporting / analysis on all campaigns to ensure continuous optimisation and ROI
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field required
- Minimum 3 years or more as business analyst position (from technologies or software companies will be an advantage)
- Familiar with marketing automation software (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo) and leads the nurturing process
- Having a solid understanding of using analytics software (Google Analytics, Tableau, Clevertap, etc)
- Excellent database management
- Great analytics and problem solving skills
- Keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data
- Proven experience as a collaborative team player
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
