Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To support the growth in between Kalibrr with our respective clients and jobseekers, by reporting all marketing activities to define the most effective ones.
Typical duties of a business intelligence analyst are:
- Designing and developing enterprisewide data analysis and reporting solutions
- Reviewing and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources
- Communicating analysis results and making recommendations to senior management
- Developing data cleansing rules for the company

Kualifikasi Minimum
Successful candidates need a strong background in all aspects of database technology, with an emphasis on the use of analytical and reporting tools.
As well as:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or engineering
- Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence area
- Able to plan and execute business performance report
- Experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Moderate knowledge of Google Big Query, PostGRES
- Moderate skill in business intelligence tools and Online Transaction Processing system such as JIRA, Metabase, Tableau or similar tools
- Moderate skills with MS Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and mathematical skills, and sound judgment
- Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
