What you’ll do…

• Take ownership of the UX design process from ideation to implementation by designing for exceptional jobseeker and recruiter experiences
• Create mockups and prototypes that embody strong understanding of design principles, UX laws, typography, color theory, and interaction design principles
• Articulate and rationalize your design decisions with clarity and focus; make sure you are solving a problem our users actually have
• Collaborate and partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to oversee the overall user experience of our products
• Contribute to high-level product vision and strategy
• Give and receive feedback from other designers to improve product quality and the design organization as a whole
