Sales Analyst  

• Responsible for leading the team of analysts in the formation and updating of the various databases. Also, select research outputs and initiatives.
• Directly involved in the tracking and gathering of relevant property data and the formation and maintenance of various databases.
• Involved in the preparation of all internal and external research outputs such as regional publications, local publications, and presentations, among others.
• Come up with topical research reports
• In addition, perform consultancy work, which includes drafting proposals, data gathering, report writing, and other necessary tasks required to complete the project.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Background in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math, Accountancy, Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong aptitude for numbers and business writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and with clients.
• Ability to manage self effectively.
• Ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in statistical tools such as Stata, Gretl, Eviews, and Minitab.

Experiences:

• Relevant work experience in research, statistical/financial analysis or data management for real estate (office, residential, retail, hospitality, and industrial).
• Database management – includes (external) data gathering and data analysis.
• Business writing particularly for formal/academic research reports.
• Preferably at least one (1) year real estate or related work experience.
