Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Strategies, identifies and sources potential merchants that will be part of the company platform
- Pitching, negotiating, managing relationships, and building merchant business
- Forges partnerships with suppliers and distributors that can offer their goods and services and later manages merchants by creating a good relationship between the merchants and the company
- Makes sure merchants extend healthy margins.
- Plans and executes customer-focused product assortments in order to drive sales and category strength.
- Forecasts sales based on trend, inventory availability, upcoming promotions and new client launches to minimize cancellation due to out-of-stock incidences and to maximize profitable sales.
- Participates in seasonal promotions created by our marketing team.
- Develops and implements processes in order to streamline processes and encourage maximum order executions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Negotiation Skills
- Business Development Skills
- Experience in Merchant Relations or Merchandising
- Go-getter, Dynamic
- E-commerce background is a plus
- Interest in Electronics, Home, and Living, Dining and Service Categories are a plus
