Property Administration Specialist

The position supports delivery of accessible and proactive brand living experience. It also supports Community Relations' operations by:

• Ensures the readiness of property for conveyance within the set timeline
• Services as a liaison between Alveo, Property Manager, and Condo Corp./ Home Owners Association (HOA)
• Supports the Warranty Services team in resolving customer complaints
• Coordinates with different government agencies, utility companies, and supplier and contractors relative to project conveyance and relationship management with project HOA or Condo Corp.

• A graduate of any business, hospitality or office/building administration courses
• At least four years relevant work experience in Building Maintenance Operations or Property Management and Customer Relationship Management
  • Customer service experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective Communication Skills
