The position supports delivery of accessible and proactive brand living experience. It also supports Community Relations' operations by:
- Ensures the readiness of property for conveyance within the set timeline
- Services as a liaison between Alveo, Property Manager, and Condo Corp./ Home Owners Association (HOA)
- Supports the Warranty Services team in resolving customer complaints
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any business, hospitality or office/building administration courses
- Has at least two years relevant work experience in Building Maintenance Operations or Property Management
- Effective Communication Skills
