Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Graphic design and brand development
- Concept, visualization, and hands-on design skills
- Hand sketch, render ideas in a prototype scenario for internal idea development
- Tracking and approving completed art files with the production team
- Responsible for establishing the art production pipeline and enforcing the process throughout the project cycle
- Working with the Creative Team to adjust project goals and design revisions on the fly as necessary to adapt to changing situations to meet established schedules
- Identifying potential problems in the creative pipeline and working with the Creative Team to prevent them
- Supporting the Creative Team to keep studio executive staff, studio manager and/or account staff up to speed on project status
- Keep up with latest digital, social and mobile trends in advertising
- Utilize experience to plan and implement effective creative processes and products
- Understand, embrace, and communicate and contribute to our corporate culture
- Comparative analysis research; support ideas with references
- Continually updating their presentation and technical software skills
- Staying abreast of current market and industry trends to aid in the development of cutting-edge marketing, design concepts, with the secondary goal of educating the team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and exercise time management skills
- Keen insight into strategy and good reaction capacity
- Able to demonstrate a strong creative sense, good typographic and layout sense, strong conceptual and execution skills and typographic sense
- Strong aesthetics, originality, outstanding visual performance capability, and extremely sensitive to color
- Self-motivated, mature, good communication and able to handle projects independently
- Solid experience in handling production
- Willing to work overtime when required due to project constraints, under pressure and multi-tasking
- Customer focused
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Team player, possess a positive attitude and establish good working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- High proficiency in Macintosh and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge of 3D rendering and visualizing an advantage
- Proficiency in hand drawing, sketching and illustrating
- Wide interest in the visual arts
