Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and utilize the WeChat app)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, computer science or relevant field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in social and digital media, which includes being able to measure social media presence.
- Writing Skills: Ability to write effective copy in a lot of different styles, for websites, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Knowledge of writing for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is also needed.
- Research Skills: Knowledge of online marketing channels; up-to-date with what is happening in the fast changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being used.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Figures out how to best communicate the company's message on different platforms, and sometimes might need to convey sensitive issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and approachable online.
- Technical Skills: Understands web design, SEO, Google analytics, and tech savvy.
