General Manager  

Your goal is to expand the fastest growing Singapore headquartered education & EdTech company Philippines business to 200 schools in FY 2018 and & 1000 schools by 2020.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Directly overseeing the sales team and indirectly the implementation and operations (service, supply chain,accounts);
• Building the above team with guidance from top management in Singapore;
• Building a brand, reputation of quality;
• Representing the company in all matters in the Philippines and build a network.

• At least 12-15 years of solid business experience;
• Strong Academic Credentials - Graduated from a Leading college and university with a degree in business. International study and work experience is highly desirable
• High-Growth Business Development Experience ​​​​​​- Core career in sales/marketing with hard-core sales management experience and having managed scaled teams.
  • Initial years and training in a leading multinational/FMCG followed by secondary experience in B2B sales.
  • Stint in start-up/e-commerce/unconventional setting/ "non-corporate" highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and Value System
  • Mature, transparent, hard working person with strategic (long-term) intent.
  • Demonstrated passion for education and/or impact is essential - must be clear why the person wants to join
  • Ability and willingness to travel is not a constraint; life-stage must permit 110% commitment to work
