- Produce a Manual on Accounting Policies and Standards in accordance with government policies with regular revisions as needed.
- Produce a Comprehensive Accounting Operations Manual as a guide for all department transactions which includes but not limited to the Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Flowchart, Timelines, Cut Off, etc.
- Review and Monitor accounting data in the system to asses accuracy, completeness and conformance to procedural and reporting standards
- Submit and Report Overall Monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Bank Reconciliation (and related documents)
- Submit Monthly, Annually and 5-year planning of improving the Audited FS of Income and Balance Sheet for the 3 companies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Inventory, Financial Statement, Ledger, BIR and SEC Registration
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
