Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Execute sales strategies and use sales techniques to ensure that the assigned monthly and annual sales quota is met and aligned with the goals of Justino Corporation.
  • Set one hour per day to call customers, with at least 15 quality calls converted to actual appointments.
  • Develop at least 1new customer per day.
  • Conduct site inspection, customer visits, and product presentations
  • To be thoroughly familiar with the product in terms of usage and application in order to recommend the right capacity
  • Quick response to the repair requests of customers
  • Coordination between Sales, Service, Logistics and Freight Forwarders
  • Submit weekly report to the Sales Manager
  • Adherence to Company Policies and Procedures

Kualifikasi Minimum

What we need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineer or Business related course
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment, courage and competitive
  • A thirst to learn and challenge yourself
  • Mobility to travel throughout the NCR or Nationwide assignment.

Others:

  • Preferably with 1-2 years exp. in Sales; working experience in related field is an advantage
