Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct gathering, processing, and analysis of property information.
- Participate in the preparation and distribution JLLL’s regular Philippine property market studies appraisal reports, briefings, publications, press releases, commentaries, and analyses.
- Participate in the preparation of market research, valuation, and related technical/financial proposals.
- Walk-in and identify tenants and principal contacts in commercial, residential, and retail developments.
- Participate in property site inspections.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, and Statistics.
- Post-Graduate Studies is preferred.
- Licensed Real Estate Appraiser.
- Proficient in technical writing and command in the English language.
- Knowledgeable in the following:
- MS Office programs:
- Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Forecasting:
- EViews
- Design:
- Photoshop, CorelDraw, and AutoCAD.
- Softwares (advantage).
- MS Office programs:
