- Provide “world-class” service excellence to clients by offering consistent telephone banking experience.
- Attend to both inbound and outbound calls telephone calls
- Processing of online banking transactions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (NO exp required)
- If Under Grad/HS Grad, candidate should have at least 1 year xp in an international VOICE account (any account)
- Must have above average communication skill
- Amenable to work in Makati city (for training) and BGC, Taguig
- Amenable working on shifts, holidays and weekends.
