Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accept inbound calls from hotel and airlines (business to business transactions only).
- Assist customers with their accounts using the Spanish language.
- Translate documents from Spanish to English (vice versa).
- Will do 60% voice transactions and 40% non-voice transactions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have completed at least 2 years in college (undergrads who have finished 4 semesters are accepted);
- BPO experience is preferred BUT NOT required;
- Proficient in the Spanish language;
- Proficient in the English language;
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays;
- Amenable to work in Shaw blvd, Mandaluyong;
- Available to start this ASAP;
