Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The successful candidate will do the following tasks.
- Assist customers from the US
- Provide advice and solve customer problems related to credit cards
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
- Research billing issues.
- Research misapplied payments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have completed at least 2 years in college (undergrads who have finished 4 semesters are accepted)
- BPO experience is preferred BUT NOT required.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
- Amenable to work in Alabang.
