Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Processes government permits(OBO Occupancy Permit,FSIC)
- Prepares contractors contracts and awarding contracts.
- Prepares awarding of batchlist.
- Performs other tasks assigned by management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any business course from a reputable college/university.
- Related work experience of at least 1 year with real estae developer is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in processing Government permits specifically OBO Occupancy Permit, Bureau of Fire, and Protection and other related permits.
- Willing to work at a flexible time with less supervision.
- Able to handle stress and perform in a fast-paced environment.
