Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that project implementation is done in accordance to plans and specifications
- Ensure subcontractors interpret the plans correctly.
- Perform design drafting, including, but not limited to, preliminary drawings, working drawings, and full detail drawings
- Ensure plans are compliant with relevant architectural codes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Architecture
- 1-3 years experience as an architect (licensed/ registered architect)
- 1-3 years experience in architectural and interior planning and design as a registered and licensed Architect with an extensive knowledge in both rendering and walk through animation using the following software such as Lumion, Vray, Sketchup and CAD
- Willing to be assigned at the project site.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assign at the site project
- Willing to work Makati City
- Can Start Asap
