Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide leadership to multiple managers of different projects in which architectural competence is necessary
- Liaise with clients, which, on occasion, may be high-profile
- Coordinate with the relevant government officers and agencies to ensure the timely implementation of the projects
- Direct on-site supervision during project development and implemetation to ensure effciency and quality of work
- Identify and work with the most appropriate brands and supplier to complete the project satisfactorily
- Ensure realistic and feasible solutions are applied
- Ensure harmony with the other departments
- Take initiative in preventing potential issues and resolving existing issues
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledgeable in relevant architecture software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup;
- 15 years experience in construction, management, and architectural design;
- Preferably a realist rather than a perfectionist;
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good PR skills
