Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As two of the biggest construction companies in The Philippines, JD Legaspi Construction and its sister company, Jbros Construction Corporation are involved in design and build government projects, and various development projects.
The in-house interior designer will assist the head architect in designing the layout and finishes of the projects. He or She may be assigned to the site from time to time ensure the timely and compliant execution of works.
Responsibilities :
- Prepares and Interprets plans.
- Ensures works are done according to project plan and specifications.
- Researches and suggests product materials and sourcing.
- Prepares a cost estimate for finishing works.
- Supervises sites.
- Coordinates with suppliers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- 2 to 3 years experience in construction or design preferable.
- Architecture or Interior Design graduate.
- Proficient in sketchup and/or autocad.
