Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops and maintains Occupational & Safety Program of the company in compliance with ISO 9001-2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
- Disseminates, directs and monitors Project Management on Occupational Health & Safety Programs and corresponding procedures.
- Coordinates with Government Agencies in the implementation and compliance of all safety requirements.
- Conducts a routine Health, Safety and Environment Audits.
- Ensures that all workers are following the company safety standard.
- Implements timely corrective measures for unsafe conditions and practices.
- Conducts accident / incident report (Analysis and Recommendation).
- Promotes Safety Attitude in workplace by regular Safety Meetings (Toolbox meeting, Department Meeting).
- Coordinates with all Project Managers on job site inspections to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment and materials.
- Coordinates with all Project Managers and other Project Monitoring officers in the evaluation and assessment of work accomplishments in all jobsites.
- Ensures Compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including OHSAS, etc.).
- Other task/s that maybe assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Civil Engineering preferably with license.
- Minimum 5 years experience as safety practitioner.
- Preferably with DOLE accreditation.
