Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- Answers queries; forwarding messages; confirming subcon/site status; keeping the line manager informed of site/subcon status
- Organize data and documents and assisting supervisor to optimize processes
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
- Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor progress of subcons
- Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Accomplishes control, monitoring and organization mission by completing related tasks/results as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good communication and intrapersonal skills;
- Able to work well under pressure
- Preferrably a graduate of any 4 year course
