Sales Specialist - South Mindanao  

You will be responsible for handling customers in the South Mindanao area, including Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental, South Cotabato and Cotabato.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure the growth and development of the area by meeting the sales target set by management and identifying potential growth areas
• Regularly visit the different account head offices and branches in the area
• Handle a team of coordinators and merchandisers and ensure that the group performs effectively
• Build a good professional relationship with the accounts and their managements
• Ensure that all concerns and issues of the accounts are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure the proper and on-time execution of all marketing strategies and activities in the account
• Make and submit regular reports including trade visit reports, weekly expense reports and other monthly reports

• Must be based or willing to be based in Davao City
• Must be willing to do field work
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or other business-related courses
• At least 1 year work experience in a sales or marketing position, preferably with a consumer goods company
• Must have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and selling skills
• Must be able to do presentations with potential clients
• Must have a pleasing personality and can immediately establish rapport with different people
• Must be willing to learn and possess good work ethics
