Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager
- Follows health and safety requirements and assists in the implementation of company policies
- Shows good conduct consistent with the company standards during work and within the warehouse premises
- Complete daily operational checklists and verify that corrective actions are handled promptly
- Partners with QA Supervisor in investigating, evaluating and researching customer complaints and assists in the formulation of response and corrective actions
- Ensures that cleanliness and quality standard are upheld through routine checks and audits of personal hygiene compliance, as well as overall facilities and equipment sanitation
- Keep records and documents updated and relevant to the needs of the company
- Monitor storage warehouse to ensure all raw materials are properly labeled and stored
- Ensure all quality of raw materials and finish products
- Maintain quality by documentation of processes, implementation of QA policies and procedures, and compliance with the standards
- Ensure safe and efficient development, modification and manufacture of food products and processes
- Participate in internal assessments and audits are required
- Verify the quality of output based on the set standards
- Ensures that proper sampling techniques are used in the evaluation of materials and products
- Reports any deviation or untoward incidents to superior immediately
- Assists in the operation of other sections and performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Food Technology, Quality Assurance or Pharmacy
- 6-months to 1-year experience.
- Organized, keen on detail and can communicate well.
- Analytical, proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Can handle and motivate people
- Willing to be assigned in Dasmariñas Technopark, Dasmariñas Cavite

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects. Thus, what started out as an idea to franchise came the realization that establishing their own franchising company was the more viable path to take. JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. first launched its first brand of food stall Jo's Waffle House, which serves shakes and waffles with a variety of fillings, in May of the same year.
With the surprising growth of their pet brand, they launched several new brands after only three months, including:
Red Ninja Dimsum - which presents a variety of dimsum meals & siopao Chow-warma - which dishes out authentic Persian shawarma Burger Factory - which offers buy one take one burgers & powdered shakes.
JC Noodle House - which offers hongkong fried noodle.
To date, all the brands combined have produced close to 80 franchises nationwide. JC Worldwide is now developing new brands that will soon be introduced to the market. In addition to that, JC Worldwide has been getting recognition from different market sectors. Both Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. have appeared in acclaimed TV programs such as Magandang Umaga Bayan and Pangkabuhayang Swak na Swak, The Filipino Channel (TFC) and was featured in noted news weekly The Philippine Free Press and noted business magazine Entrepreneur Jan-Feb 2008 issue.
