Business Growth Staff  

JOB SUMMARY

Business Growth Staff is responsible in overseeing tasks delegated by Business Growth Manager and Officer and generally ensure that Business growth project move forward on time and on budget.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work collaboratively with Business Growth Officer, Manager, and General Manager
2. Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
3. Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently
4. Report updates verbally and in written form to management
5. Help discern requirements and organize tasks within team
6. Complete any necessary administrative tasks such as research and email
7. Demonstrate commitment and confidentiality continuously

A. EDUCATION/ KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent

B. SKILLS

Proficient in MS Office
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Able to read and understand policies and requirements
Willing to establish and maintain effective working relationships

C. WORK EXPERIENCE

1+ years’ experience in related field

D. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

E. WORKING CONDITIONS

Work not limited to Business Growth functions
Other work area(s): Office Area.
Environmental conditions: Business Growth Staff will have to serve a number of people, not limited to Business Growth Team and will be given some tasks and projects to accomplish in a minimum time frame. The Business Growth Staff may find the environment in a fast pace and with multiple projects, thus, he/she will need excellent time management and prioritization skills to complete the required tasks
