Accounting Staff  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting team
• Encode accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in timely manner
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Constantly update job knowledge

EDUCATION/ KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related courses is required

SKILLS

• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
• Willing to establish and maintain effective working relationships

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1+ years’ experience in accounting or related field

Accounting Staff will have to serve a number of people, not limited to Accounting Team and will be given some tasks and projects to accomplish in a minimum time frame. The Accounting Staff may find the environment in a fast pace, thus, he/she will need excellent time management skills to complete the required tasks
