- Help with the conceptualization of the store product line.
- Ensure that the store operates efficiently and profitably.
- Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
- Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift / week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
- Create and execute plans for the department's sales, profit, and staff development.
- Set budgets or consult them with senior management.
- Plan and coordinate menus.
- Recruit, train, manage, and motivate staff.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints.
- Check stock levels, order supplies, and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial position.
- Preferably with experience in the following:
- A store start-up.
- Training people.
- Knowledge in basic Nihongo is a plus.
- Willing to do leg work.
