Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Inventory and merchandising of Jacinto & Lirio products in retail distribution outlets
- Establish and maintain relationship with retail outlets to guarantee purchase orders
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Manage company archives, database, and directories
- Make sure government requirements are regularly paid like: BIR, SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil-health etc.
- Prepare items for bazaars
- Sales rep in bazaars
- HR work like managing employee attendance, filing of government requirements and permits, SSS, Pag-ibig and Phil Health
- Assist other departmental needs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with office administration
- Very organized and keen with details
- Multi-tasker
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Female
- 35 years old or younger
