Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recruitment: Assess, recruit, and develop freelancer pools (timecoders, translators, voice talents, etc.)
- Freelancer Training: Devise and conduct training programs through online training sessions, seminars, and/or workshops.
- Freelancer Management: Oversee freelancer evaluations and work towards the improvement of quality & performance.
- Communication: Announce any updates, changes in the workflow, technology, terms, and conditions, etc. to freelancers.
- Development & Maintenance of Recruitment Tool: Register, maintain, and renew questions for recruitment software.
- Event Organization: Actively lead regular gatherings with freelancers and organize annual events.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Resource Manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- Excellent command in English both written and spoken.
- Eager to learn in our technology such as iMediaTrans, iMTrax. (Company’s own
software) - Has can-do spirit, innovative and creative, always looking for way to improve
efficiency at work. - Great interpersonal skills, public speaking skills, tact and diplomacy when
communicating with our external resources. - Ability or experience with translation will be considered.
