Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Project Coordinator will manage multiple projects/clients/vendors and will be the liaison between internal teams and clients/vendors. Project Coordinators will build and maintain strong relationships with the clients while working in tandem with the Business Development Team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Highly motivated individual who works comfortably in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Work collaboratively while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
- Communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal) internally and with clients in a timely manner
- Understanding the guidelines associated with clients and training internal teams to meet these requirements
- Quality control of assets being delivered to client
- Identify potential issues in projects and preventing these issues to compromise the projects
- Help onboarding vendors
- Contacts vendors for each language in charge
- Responsible for invoices
- Perform other related duties
