Tagalog Dubbing Project Coordinator  

The Dubbing Project Coordinator helps the project teams manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities. The Project Coordinator includes roles that require expertise in a specific area, such as quality checking and vendor management:

• Project Management – Ensure all incoming projects are properly checked for errors in the proxy and scripts. Determine the team’s capacity for a proper project assignment.
• Quality checking – Guarantee the quality of all projects to be delivered by performing complete quality assurance checks based on the guidelines stated by the client/s.
• Coordinate with editors and translators, engineers & voice talent/freelancers to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Establish priorities for specific production tasks and study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments; adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Confer with department supervisors to determine the progress of work and to provide information on changes affecting efficiency and quality of production
• Analyze and recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of the product, if needed
• When necessary, coordinate with company vendors (Freelancers) with regards to their training, feedback, project assignments, and work order creation (invoice) or checking/validation.

• 2-3 years of work experience in a related field
• Experience in writing is a plus
• Fluent in English both in written and spoken
• High attention to details
• Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
