Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Daily Bank Balance / Weekly Bank Reconciliation / Monthly Bank Forecast
- Create recurring payment transactions via online banking system.
- Record and forecast cash inflows and outflows every month.
- Analyze and forecast cashflow budget, actual reports, and forecast reports
- Closing
- Monthly Bookkeeping
- Sales invoices
- Expenses with the supporting documents
- Cash flows
- Fixed assets and its lapsing schedule
- VAT / Withholding tax Filing and Submission
- Review monthly financial statements
- Yearly
- Corporate Income Tax should be reconciled and paid
- Review annual financial statements (B/S & I/S)
- Comply with auditors inquires upon requests
- Monthly Bookkeeping
- Welfare Budget Expenses
- Collect receipts or invoices for bookkeeping
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting /Finance/Economics or related field
- 3-7 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting required
- Accounting certification holders are preferred
- Able to use SAP ERP preferred
- Fluent in English (Both speaking and writing)
