Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Deputy Compliance Officer in conducting periodic compliance checking that covers, among others, the evaluation of transactions and the assessment of current processes, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare a report on compliance findings and ensure that infractions are immediately corrected by monitoring the progress and implementation of the respondents' commitments.
- Submit covered and suspicious transaction reports to the Anti-Money Laundering Council.
- Prepare a report on the compliance of remitter's included in the auto-email alerts.
- Assist in organizing the timing and the content of the Compliance Program.
- Maintain records and documents in relation to AML/ CTF.
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary to support the company's business goals and operations that are reasonably commensurate with this post.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4-year college graduate, preferably in Accounting or other business-related course.
- CPA is an advantage but not a requirement.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Banking/Financial Services or its equivalent.
- Preferably with Audit background or experience.
- Experience in financial institutions is preferred.
- Knowledgeable of or exposure on AML/ CTF Compliance is also preferred.
