Quality Assurance Head  

DAILY

• Project Management.
  • Effectively manage project scopes and deliverables, resources, timeline, and cost.
• Categorize work break down Schedule for the project.
• Prepare project description and process flow diagram.
• Define, develop, and implement quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans, and other QA assessments.
• Develop testing systems techniques using business tools, scripts, and data set.
• Ensure that all items follow the change management process and tracked through the change management software.
• Be responsible for the overall success of testing.
  • Manage assigned projects from IT Quality.
• Perform testing through final User Acceptance Testing.
• Work closely with system analyst and management to understand project concept, objectives, and approach of software development projects.
• Define scope and objectives of all levels of QA testing.
• Conduct QA testing activities such as Functionality, Integration, and performance testing.
• Act as a consultant for the company standard methodology.
• Prepare application signed off documentation for the project.
• Assist System Analyst for the set-up of production server.

WEEKLY

• Track and organize issues and requests raised by the users.
• Meet with the project team member for the update.
• Update and submit Software Project Status update to the immediate superior.
• Prepare user software handbook and guidelines for the users.
• Prepare User Acceptance testing based on the given business procedure.

MONTHLY

• Prepare project statistic report.
• Run meeting with user for the system feedback and opinion.

INTERMITTENT

• Produce SQL report generation requested by the users.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

• 4 year-College degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering.
• Background with Finance or remittance products or services is an advantage but is not required.
• Licenses or designations is not required.
• Experienced in Structure Query Language (SQL) to create data set.
• Experience creating business test scripts and scenarios for testing processes.
• Experience in systems integration and user acceptance testing activity.
• At least three years of experience in:
  • Software testing.
  • Testing multiple software projects simultaneously with given applications.
  • Working with a structured software methodology and software test experience.
    • Communicate with technical and non-technical people such as Developers and users.
    • Review and implement basic knowledge of software systems and technologies within the organization
    • Do training in Phone etiquette and business writing, which are recommended.
• Skill to take the point of view of the client or user.
• Ability to work well with Business Analysts, Programmers, and end users in a cross functional team.

• Must have a 4 year college degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering
