Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that all transactions and amendments are completed in a correct and timely manner.
- Provide and implement compensatory controls to address possible operational, compensatory, and settlement risks that might arise in line with the business.
- Manage operational, compensatory, and settlement risks that occur.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 1 year work experience in customer service in a banking or remittance industry, preferred but not required.
- Good typing skills and precise output.
- Highly knowledgeable in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work in Pasig City.
