Monitoring Centre Supervisor (French-speaking)  

The Monitoring Center Supervisor is a crucial position in the corporation. He/she is expected to ensure each shifts performance according to standards and protocols.

The supervisor is expected to perform the following:

Monitoring Center Operations Lead:

• Ensure esclations are addressed with utmost urgency while adhering to various standards and protocols
• Ensure his team is prepared for each shift and that entails
• Operator lineup and attendance
• Information dissmention
• Performance monitoring
• Standard communication and reporting

Project Manager:

• Supervisors are expected to participate in the improvement of the monitoring center
• Current challenges and issues can be translated into benefits and successes if they are addressed properly
• Root cause Analysis
• Plan- Do- Check- Act

Personnel Coach:

• The operator role is vital to the monitoring center
• It is critical that we constantly improve our operators in terms of efficiency, information and capability.
• Supervisor is expected to continuous develop and enhance the operator's ability.

The position requires the following:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino, French
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
