Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The technology lead/solutions architect is accountable for the ff:
- Comprehend business needs, problems and strategies in order to identify problems and challenges
- Develop and sell the solution (encompassing features, functions and capabilites)
- Design of the solution enabling features, functions and capabilities to work
- Ensuring the implementation is in accordance to the design
- Collaborate with project managers to streamline development effort
- Research and develop potential tools and technologies to use
- Keep skills/knowledge up to date
Kualifikasi Minimum
Position Requirements/Credentials:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/Information Technology, Physics or equivalent.
- Successful solutioning of several projects is a requirement
- At least 9 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Interested understanding the business/operational side
