HR Generalist  

Human Resource:

• End-to-end recruitment, on-boarding and exit clearance administration
• Administers Employee Benefit Programs
• Maintains employee files
• Coordinates with Finance personnel to accomplish payroll computation and ensure government mandated benefits submission meets deadline
• Maintains harmonious employer-employee relationship

Office Administration:

• Arranges and coordinates internal meetings
• Manages daily upkeep of the office; ensure cleanliness and safety of facilities and supplies
• Optimizes control and compliance with the process of record retention and correspondence in the office
• Requests work permit for entry & exit of materials, equipment or supplies in the building
• Creates and maintains inventory of equipment
• Purchases pantry, office and medicine kit supplies
• Provides administrative support as necessary

• Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in HR, Administrative or equivalent are encouraged to apply
• Required skills: Computer skills, Administrative Writing skills, Communication skills, Interviewing skills, Interpersonal skills, Professionalism, Organization, Time Management
• Knowledge in Payroll computation and government mandated contributions
• Diligent, attentive to details and organized
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Can start immediately
