Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mails.
- Responsible for keeping all the office supplies in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock
- Responsible for conferring and coordinating with other departments
- Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- Must have a pleasing personality and presentable
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
