Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Follow related services and regulatory processes to provide client support services for end-users.
- Base on service request, troubleshoot and rectify issues relating to the operating systems, application software, mail client, printing systems, networks, computer hardware, and peripheral equipment.
- Provide basic IT training and IT Information Security training to the end-users.
- Maintain and enhance existing knowledge base system.
- Complete additional tasks arranged by the superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
- Should have one year experience as IT Helpdesk with the following skills:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Microsoft Office
- Different Operating System such as windows systems
- VMware
- Troubleshooting
- Networking
- Has strong sense of responsibility.
- Highly motivated in learning with IT.
- Interested in reading IT materials.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Can speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Fast learner and team player.
