Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform routine bank telling tasks, including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash transfers, etc.
- Maintain and balance the bank balance on a daily basis by accounting for cash assigned, received, and disbursed
- Promote strong customer and client interactions, react quickly to requests and strictly follow procedure.
- Demonstrate good risk management decisions, including displaying solid knowledge of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery
- Actively contribute to meet the business goals, as well as individual and customer service goals
- Is a team player that with good communications skills
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1-2 years of working experience as a teller or in a related field preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Experience with financial institution software systems preferred
- Mandarin language proficiency is a MUST (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Typing)
