Technical Coordinator  

Technical Coordinator is responsible for providing expertise on assigned product and acts as a support to the Technical Department, In-House Repair operations, and management

• Must commit oneself to continuous learning to become expert in all assigned products;
• Accept service or support calls from internal customers;
• Report directly to the Technical Manager regarding problems and issues affecting the work or responsibilities assigned;
• Responsible for providing solution for in-house technical concerns;
• Monitor all items brought in for repair until it is returned to the customer and ensure that the targeted repair turn-around time is achieved;
• Testing of defective units;
• Update the customer on the status of each item brought it for repair on the specified dates;
• Coordinate with the Internal RMA Coordinator and/or the suppliers for RMA items and ensure that they are replaced according to the set timetable;
• Submit any reports needed;
• Scheduling of sales call/visit to potential clients;
• May be tasked for canvassing the prices of the needed spare parts; and
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Technical Manager.

• A graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent;
• Good interpersonal and customer relation skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong Business Acumen, focused and results oriented;
• Strong Presentation Skills, a winning attitude and strong work ethic; and
• Excellent Teamwork skills, Creative, pro-active, resourceful, self-motivated and independent.
