Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepar of Sales Invoice to customers;
- Keep track of Sales Invoice/Transmittal Receipts and monitors completeness of documents returned;
- Assists inbound calls;
- Prepare Statement of Account to clients for fax;
- Submit monthly overdue accounts status reports to Accounting Supervisor;
- Monitor and alert the Supervisor for clients passed their credit terms and limit;
- Encode and updates cash and check payments log book;
- Follow-up payment of due accounts;
- Record Active files (office documents);
- Monitor issued OR & PR and cash collection schedules for the day;
- Record DR to its respective Jackets;
- Release for pickup items;
- Check of AP Cargo waybill Statement of Account;
- Conduct credit investigation on new clients;
- Issuance of OR and PR to pick-up clients; and
- Performs other tasks that may be asked by the immediate superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Business Administrative Major in Finance or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Business Acumen, focused and results oriented
- Strong Presentation Skills, a winning attitude and strong work ethic; and
- Excellent Teamwork skills, Creative, pro-active, resourceful, self-motivated and independent
