Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparation and monitoring of Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt;
- Issuance of Acknowledgement and Collection Receipt for pick-up and validated deposit slip transactions;
- Validation of checked DCR, checks and deposit slips;
- Conduct in follow-up calls for due accounts;
- Preparation of Statement of Account and update of outstanding accounts of provincial clients;
- Update of Accounts Receivable in collection jackets and received daily Delivery Receipts;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Open for Fresh Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree on Accountancy or Business Administrative Major in Finance or equivalent
- Basic Accounting skills would be an advantage
- Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
